Kolašin Resort & Spa was the first hotel development to be approved under the Montegro Citizenship By Investment Program. Upon completion, the project will have a total capacity of 380 beds and an estimated value of over €11 million.

By investing €250,000 and making a non-refundable government donation of €100,000, applicants can qualify for economic citizenship in Montenegro within 3 months.

Kolašin is a town situated in northern Montenegro, and is renowned as a skiing and mountain tourism. The town is situated at the foot of the Sinjajevina and Bjelasica mountain ranges, offering exceptional skiing and ready access to the Biogradska Gora National Park

  1. Hotel Breza Kolašin

Approved under the Montenegrin CBI program as an eligible project in 2019, Hotel Breza Kolašin is a 5-star hotel development situated in the mountain town of Kolašin. The luxury hotel and spa development is surrounded by spectacular mountains and lakes, in one of Europe’s most underrated skiing and mountain tourism destinations.

The hotel development, upon completion, will feature 188 upmarket property units. CBI investors are expected to maintain their investment for a period of 5 years, in addition to making a non-refundable donation of €100,000. While the appearance of the former Durmitor Hotel will be retained due to its historic significance, the all-new hotel development, comprising 55 luxury suite and 12 villas, will set a new benchmark for 5-star luxury in Zabljak.

The luxury hotel resort will boast a spa and wellness centre occupying over 1000m2, alongside state of the art gym and conferencing facilities. The hotel will occupy 5 floors, with an emphasis on accessibility and eco-friendly construction techniques.

  1. Bjelasica 1450 Kolašin

Centrally situated a stone’s throw from the renowned Kolašin 1450 ski resort, Bjelasica 1450 is a 4-star hotel resort offering the optimum balance between comfort, adventure and sophistication. Occupying 3 acres of alpline forest, the hotel resort comprises 168 refined property units approved as Montenegro economic citizenship investments.

  1. Queens Beach Hotel Pržno

The old Queen’s Beach Hotel in Pržno was torn down in 2019 to make way for a brand new hotel development approved as an investment project under the Montenegro Citizenship By Investment Program. The 5-star hotel development will occupy an area of over 37,000 square meters, and be valued at over €70 million upon completion towards the end of 2022.

The hotel will feature a blend of 60 rooms and 66 luxury apartments featuring 2-bed, 3-bed, 4-bed, 5-bed and 6-bed configurations, as well as dining rooms, living rooms and additional luxury amenities.
